In her professional career Polina Decheva has gained solid and highly profiled expertise in the fields of Corporate Law / M&A, including legal due diligence of commercial companies and the full range of legal proceedings in relation to transfer of shares and reorganization.
She has recently managed and successfully completed a number of GDPR projects for local and international firms and corporations.
